RP Graphite electrode, mainly petroleum coke, needle coke as raw material, coal pitch as binder, calcination, ingredients, kneading, molding, baking, graphitization and mechanical processing.
The production cycle is about 45 days and RP graphite electrode is mainly used for smelting ordinary steel, silicon, and yellow phosphorus in electric arc furnace. It is used in electric arc furnace in the form of arc conductor of electricity to heat melting furnace charge.
It has high electrical conductivity, improved thermal shock performance, resistance to oxidation and corrosion, long life, ability to operate at high temperatures, and low environmental impact.
Regular power rp électrodes en graphite are widely used for electric arc furnace (eaf) steelmaking production, metallurgical casting and other industries. They are utilized in electric arc furnaces, ladle furnaces, and Submerged arc furnace. Also include other melting processes where high-temperature environments and efficient electrical conductivity are essential.
It provides a conductive path for the current to pass through in the four à arc électrique. It can also allows precise control of temperatures and electric currents needed for melting, refining, and alloying in smelting processes. Because of their uniform electrical conductivity and low thermal expansion make them suitable for electric arc furnace steelmaking process.
It is important to note that it is not suitable for use in ultra high power and high power electric arc furnaces. Different grade of graphite electrodes are suitable for different electric furnaces.
