HP 450 graphite electrode

Graphite electrodes are widely used in electric arc furnaces for steelmaking. Its main function is to introduce current into the eaf after energization, and use the high-temperature heat source generated by the arc between the electrode end and the charge to perform metallurgy. Grafit elektrot is an important industrial raw material used in electric arc furnace smelting and steel production. It is mainly made of petroleum coke, needle coke and asphalt, and is processed through processes such as pressing, roasting and high-temperature graphitization.
