class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u5728\u9ad8\u6e29\u548c\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u4e0b\u3001 <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Chemical_vapor_deposition\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5<\/a> \u5206\u89e3\u7532\u70f7\u3001\u4e59\u70ef\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u6c14\u6001\u78b3\u6e90\u3002\u78b3\u539f\u5b50\u6c89\u79ef\u5728\u57fa\u5e95\u8868\u9762\u751f\u6210\u77f3\u58a8\u3002\u77f3\u58a8\u7684\u751f\u957f\u901f\u5ea6\u548c\u5b54\u9699\u7ed3\u6784\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u8c03\u8282\u6c14\u4f53\u6d41\u91cf\u3001\u6e29\u5ea6\u3001\u538b\u529b\u548c\u50ac\u5316\u5242\u6765\u63a7\u5236\u3002\u7528\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\u5236\u5907\u7684\u591a\u5b54\u77f3\u58a8\u7ed3\u6676\u5ea6\u9ad8\uff0c\u4e0e\u57fa\u5e95\u7ed3\u5408\u7d27\u5bc6\u3002\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u534a\u5bfc\u4f53\u5236\u9020\u7b49\u9886\u57df\u3002\u4f46\u8bbe\u5907\u6602\u8d35\uff0c\u5236\u5907\u5de5\u827a\u590d\u6742\uff0c\u4ea7\u91cf\u4f4e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span href=\"https:\/\/jinsuncarbon.com\/zh\/%e4%ba%a7%e5%93%81\/%e5%90%88%e6%88%90%e7%9f%b3%e5%a2%a8%e7%b2%89\/\">\u77f3\u58a8\u7c89<\/a>\u78b3\u7ea4\u7ef4\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u6210\u578b\u78b3\u6750\u6599\u4e3a\u539f\u6599\u3002\u7269\u7406\u6d3b\u5316\u7528\u9ad8\u6e29\u6c34\u84b8\u6c14\u3001\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u8680\u523b\u78b3\u539f\u5b50\u5f62\u6210\u5b54\u9699\u3002\u5316\u5b66\u6d3b\u5316\u53ef\u4f7f\u78b3\u6750\u6599\u5728\u8f83\u4f4e\u6e29\u5ea6\u4e0b\u4e0e\u6c22\u6c27\u5316\u94be\u3001\u78f7\u9178\u7b49\u8bd5\u5242\u53cd\u5e94\u5f62\u6210\u5b54\u6d1e\u3002\u5982\u6c22\u6c27\u5316\u94be\u6d3b\u5316\u540e\u6c34\u6d17\u53bb\u94be\u76d0\u7559\u5b54\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u65b9\u6cd5\u7b80\u5355\u3001\u6210\u672c\u4f4e\uff0c\u80fd\u5927\u5927\u63d0\u9ad8\u6bd4\u8868\u9762\u79ef\u548c\u5b54\u9699\u7387\u3002\u4f46\u5b54\u9699\u7ed3\u6784\u96be\u4ee5\u7cbe\u786e\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u5b54\u5f84\u5206\u5e03\u8f83\u5bbd\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span 2nm\uff0c\u6bd4\u8868\u9762\u79ef\u5927\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u5c0f\u5206\u5b50\u5438\u9644\u3002\u4e2d\u5b54\u5b54\u5f84 2-50nm\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u6750\u6599\u6269\u6563\u3002\u5b54\u5f84\u5927\u4e8e 50nm
