Deze materialen zijn bestand tegen hoge temperaturen (zuurstofloze omstandigheden), hebben een hoge mechanische sterkte bij hoge temperaturen, zijn licht in gewicht en hebben een hoge specifieke sterkte. In het bijzonder hebben deze materialen goede absorptie-eigenschappen voor bepaalde golven. Daarom worden koolstof-koolstof composietmaterialen veel gebruikt in de lucht- en ruimtevaart en in de militaire industrie.<\/p>\n<h2>Koolstof-koolstof composiet eigenschappen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Hoge sterkte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-type=\"2\" data-index=\"1\" data-gid=\"0\">De structuur van koolstof koolstofcomposiet is ongelooflijk sterk en wordt gevormd uit koolstofvezels.<\/span>\u00a0CCC's vertonen een uitzonderlijke sterkte, niet alleen bij kamertemperatuur, maar ook bij hoge temperaturen, waardoor ze een geschikte kandidaat zijn voor toepassing in veeleisende omgevingen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thermische stabiliteit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-type=\"2\" data-index=\"3\" data-gid=\"1\">Koolstof-koolstof composieten zijn bestand tegen extreem hoge temperaturen en worden niet broos.<\/span>\u00a0Daarom worden ze ook vaak gebruikt in toepassingen met ultrahoge hitte, waaronder defensie- en automobieltoepassingen.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Corrosiebestendigheid<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Koolstof-koolstof composieten hebben een goede corrosiebestendigheid. Ze roesten niet en breken niet af door chemicali\u00ebn of vocht, zoals metalen dat wel doen. Hierdoor zijn ze ideaal voor gebruik in extreme omgevingen waar traditionele materialen geen stand zouden houden.<\/p>\n<h2>Productie van koolstof-koolstofcomposieten<\/h2>\n<p><span data-type=\"2\" data-index=\"5\" data-gid=\"2\">Eerst worden koolstofvezels geweven tot een stof of mat om koolstof-koolstofcomposieten te maken.<\/span>\u00a0Daarom worden deze vezels ge\u00efmpregneerd met een koolstofmatrix, meestal met behulp van een proces dat chemische dampinfiltratie (CVI) wordt genoemd. De vezels worden bijeengehouden door een matrix waardoor een vaste structuur ontstaat. Dit composiet wordt vervolgens verhit tot hoge temperaturen om de aeropropulsion eigenschappen te ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n<p>Het is een productieproces dat veel maatwerk mogelijk maakt; het eindproduct kan worden geoptimaliseerd voor bepaalde toepassingen. Dit resulteert in een materiaal met een extreem hoge sterkte en laag gewicht met een uitstekende thermische signatuur.<\/p>\n<h2>Soorten koolstof-koolstof composieten<\/h2>\n<h3>Vezelversterkte koolstofcomposieten<\/h3>\n<p>Het meest voorkomende type dat we maken is koolstofvezelversterkte composieten. Deze hebben een structuur van koolstofvezels binnen een <a href=\"https:\/\/jinsuncarbon.com\/nl\/toepassingen-van-koolstof\/\">koolstof<\/a>-gebaseerde matrix. De vezels dragen bij aan sterkte en stijfheid, terwijl de matrix zorgt voor stabiliteit en duurzaamheid. Het resultaat van deze combinatie is dat vezelversterkte composieten zeer geschikt zijn voor pees- en hoogwaardige toepassingen.<\/p>\n<h3>Koolstof-koolstof composieten met keramische matrix<\/h3>\n<p>Bepaalde koolstof-koolstof composieten zijn versterkt met een keramische matrix. Het keramiek voegt weerstand tegen slijtage en thermische schokken toe. Dit maakt deze composieten nog stabieler en hittebestendiger, perfect voor gebruik in extreme omgevingen, zoals raketstraalpijpen of remschijven.<\/p>\n<h2>Koolstof-koolstof composiettoepassingen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ruimtevaartindustrie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deze worden veel gebruikt in de ruimtevaart als koolstof-koolstofcomposieten. Ze zijn bestand tegen extreme temperaturen en bieden een aanzienlijke sterkte bij een laag gewicht, waardoor ze ideaal zijn voor gebruik in onderdelen van straalmotoren, remsystemen en hitteschilden.<\/p>\n<p>Het koolstof-koolstof composietmateriaal dat wordt gebruikt als remblokken is licht in gewicht, heeft een lage wrijvingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt en heeft een hoog remvermogen bij hoge temperaturen.<\/p>\n<p>Als constructiemateriaal voor vliegtuigen zijn ze sterk en corrosiebestendig en de romp zal niet vervormen of corroderen bij langdurig gebruik.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fotovolta\u00efsch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Koolstof-koolstofcomposietmaterialen kunnen worden gebruikt om siliciummaterialen te smelten in <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vacuum_furnace\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vacu\u00fcmovens<\/a> om hoogwaardige enkelvoudige kristallen te laten groeien.
