Productieproces grafietelektrode<\/h3>\n

Het productieproces van grafietelektroden bestaat voornamelijk uit de stappen grondstoffen voorbereiden, mengen, gieten, roosteren, impregneren en grafitiseren. details als volgt:<\/p>\n

Voorbereiding van grondstoffen: Selecteer petroleumcoke, naaldcoke, asfalt en andere bindmiddelen en meng ze volgens een bepaalde verhouding.<\/p>\n

Vormen: Het gemengde materiaal wordt ge\u00ebxtrudeerd tot een cilindrische elektrode.<\/p>\n

Roosteren: De blanco wordt op hoge temperatuur geroosterd om hem volledig te carboniseren.<\/p>\n

Impregnatie: De gebrande blanco wordt in een impregnatietank geplaatst voor een volledige impregnatiebehandeling om de geleidbaarheid van de elektrode te verbeteren.<\/p>\n

Grafitisatie: Door behandeling op hoge temperatuur met elektriciteit worden de koolstofatomen herschikt en is het grafitisatieproces voltooid.<\/p>\n
