De elektroden worden continu zelf gebakken in een elektrische oven en vertrouwen op de warmte in de ertsoven om het bakken te voltooien. Daarom is het afstemmen van de verbruikssnelheid van de elektrode op de roostersnelheid de sleutel tot het gebruik van elektrodepasta.<\/p>\n<p>Door de ontwikkeling van de ertsoventechnologie heeft deze zich geleidelijk ontwikkeld in de richting van grootschalige en gesloten richtingen. Tijdens het roosteren heeft de elektrode in het verleden minder geleidingswarmte en stralingswarmte verkregen dan bij het open oventype, en wordt alleen geleidingswarmte verkregen.<\/p>\n<p>Daarom wordt de hoeveelheid warmte die de elektrode uit de oven haalt, sterk verminderd. De grondstoffen zijn gewoon gecalcineerd antraciet en metallurgische cokes, en middeltemperatuurasfalt wordt gebruikt als bindmiddel. Deze elektrodepasta wordt gekenmerkt door een hoog asgehalte, hoge weerstand, langzame sinterklaassnelheid, maar een lage prijs. Het is geschikt voor traditionele open oventypes, zoals open ferrolegeringsovens en kleine en middelgrote calciumcarbideovens.<\/p>\n<p>Gesloten pasta wordt voornamelijk gebruikt in gesloten ferrolegeringsovens, calciumcarbideovens en andere metallurgische ovens. De grondstoffen zijn onder andere antraciet, grafietsplinters en petroleumcoke, en er wordt een bindmiddel met een laag verwekingspunt gebruikt. Vergeleken met standaard elektrodepasta heeft het de kenmerken van een goed elektrisch en thermisch geleidingsvermogen, laag asgehalte, snelle sinterklaassnelheid en hoge prijs.<\/p>\n<p>Het productieproces van deze twee soorten elektrodepasta is vergelijkbaar. Ze bestaan voornamelijk uit het calcineren van grondstoffen, breken, zeven, malen, kneden en gieten. Als grondstof voor zelfbakkende elektrode wordt de elektrodepasta uitgevoerd in de werking van de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.totalmateria.com\/en-us\/articles\/saf-submerged-arc-furnace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vlamboogoven<\/a>.
