{"id":4091,"date":"2024-02-02T09:45:55","date_gmt":"2024-02-02T09:45:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jinsuncarbon.com\/?post_type=product&#038;p=4091"},"modified":"2024-11-01T01:07:37","modified_gmt":"2024-11-01T01:07:37","slug":"mamelon-delectrode-en-graphite","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/jinsuncarbon.com\/fr\/produit-2\/mamelon-delectrode-en-graphite\/","title":{"rendered":"Embout d'\u00e9lectrode en graphite"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il existe deux types d'embouts d'\u00e9lectrodes en graphite<strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0l'un est cylindrique<strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0et l'autre est conique<strong>.<\/strong> Aujourd'hui, les embouts coniques avec RP, HP et <a href=\"https:\/\/jinsuncarbon.com\/fr\/produit-2\/electrode-graphite-uhp\/\">\u00c9lectrodes en graphite UHP<\/a> sont principalement utilis\u00e9s dans le monde entier.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la section transversale des embouts d'\u00e9lectrodes en graphite est plus petite que celle de l'\u00e9lectrode \u00e0 laquelle ils sont connect\u00e9s, le mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 partir duquel l'embout est produit a une r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l'\u00e9lectrode \u00e0 laquelle il est connect\u00e9 et a une r\u00e9sistivit\u00e9 plus faible.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le processus de fabrication de l'acier inoxydable, avec la combustion de l'\u00e9lectrode inf\u00e9rieure en graphite, il est n\u00e9cessaire de remplacer et de connecter de nouvelles \u00e9lectrodes en permanence. La fonction de l'embout est de compl\u00e9ter la connexion entre les \u00e9lectrodes.<\/p>\n<h2>Raccordement de l'embout de l'\u00e9lectrode en graphite<\/h2>\n<p>Pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de la connexion des \u00e9lectrodes en graphite et emp\u00eacher le desserrage des mamelons, creuser deux rainures sur le mamelon le long du filetage longitudinal transversal et ins\u00e9rer la goupille d'asphalte sur le corps du mamelon.
