Y los aviones queman queroseno a reacci\u00f3n, emiten CO2 y vapor de agua, por lo que crean un fuerte efecto invernadero a gran altitud. Y por huella de carbono se entiende la cantidad total de emisiones de carbono producidas directa o indirectamente por una persona, empresa o pa\u00eds en un periodo de tiempo determinado.<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Monitoring_methods\"><\/span>M\u00e9todos de control<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Existen tres m\u00e9todos principales de detecci\u00f3n. El primer tipo es la vigilancia por sat\u00e9lite, por ejemplo, el sat\u00e9lite OCO-2 de la NASA rastrea la distribuci\u00f3n mundial de la concentraci\u00f3n de CO2. Adem\u00e1s, con la aparici\u00f3n de los mercados de carbono, la Uni\u00f3n Europea y otras regiones aplican el comercio de emisiones de carbono (ETS) para incentivar a las empresas a reducir las emisiones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Policy_measures\"><\/span>Medidas pol\u00edticas<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>El gobierno puede orientar a las empresas y a la sociedad para que reduzcan las emisiones de carbono formulando y aplicando una serie de pol\u00edticas. Sin embargo, el gobierno chino concede gran importancia a la lucha contra el cambio clim\u00e1tico y ha adoptado una serie de medidas para controlar las emisiones de carbono.
