Die Ausgangsstoffe f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Graphitelektroden sind Petrolkoks, Steinkohlenteerpech und andere kohlenstoffhaltige Materialien.<\/h3>\n

Das wichtigste Grundelement von Graphitelektroden ist Kohlenstoff. Produkte in zylindrischer Form von dunkelgrauer oder schwarzer Farbe aus k\u00fcnstlichem Graphit mit einem spezifischen elektrischen Widerstandswert von h\u00f6chstens 5,5 \u03bc\u03a9*m.<\/p>\n

Graphit-Elektroden<\/a> mit einem Nippel Marke JINSUN- RP -150mm werden im Produktionsprozess verwendet, um einen Lichtbogen f\u00fcr Stahlverh\u00fcttung<\/a> und Legierungen im Elektrolichtbogenofen (eaf).<\/p>\n

Die Graphitelektrode dient als Quelle f\u00fcr die Einleitung eines elektrischen Lichtbogens in die Ofen<\/a> Raum zum Schmelzen der Metallcharge und Erhitzen des fl\u00fcssigen Stahls auf eine Temperatur von h\u00f6chstens 1750 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Hinsichtlich des Aussehens und der Oberfl\u00e4chenparameter m\u00fcssen die Elektroden folgende Anforderungen erf\u00fcllen:<\/h3>\n

Beim Versand werden die Elektroden in Transportverpackungen verpackt. Die Verpackung wird vom Hersteller der Produkte entwickelt und muss die Sicherheit der Ladung w\u00e4hrend des Transports gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n

Die Elektroden m\u00fcssen komplett mit Nippeln geliefert werden (ein Nippel pro Elektrode). W\u00e4hrend der Lagerung m\u00fcssen die Elektroden so gelagert werden, dass Feuchtigkeit und lose Materialien nicht darauf gelangen k\u00f6nnen. Lagern Sie die Elektroden nicht ohne Verpackung.<\/p>\n

Die Graphitelektrode leitet den Strom in den Lichtbogenofen ein.
